Respect the Process

Training is a process. Becoming a better athlete, a better mover, involves being as fixated on the journey as you are the destination. The greater your respect for the process, the grander the outcome will be. Keep these things in mind as you continue your journey:

Accept failure. You probably won’t get it right the first time.

Embrace struggle. You probably won’t get it right the second time.

Know humility. It is not always easy to struggle and be seen struggling.

Acknowledge weakness. Nobody is good at everything.

Have confidence. Your weaknesses can become your strengths.

Good luck on the road ahead.
